Cathy Nunnally is an expert on strategic leadership development, both for individual executives and for teams. As a foremost executive coaching and leadership consultant, Cathy’s practice has been built on an extensive career as a senior officer with JPMorgan Chase, in Texas and New York City. She brings to the table real world understanding of organizational challenges from leading large scale restructurings to personal effectiveness in the boardroom. Her breadth and depth of coaching and consulting experiences coupled with her seasoned judgement and comfort with senior executives makes her a trusted advisor in privately held companies to Fortune 500 corporations. As an Associate with Nunnally & Company, Kim Grant manages the technology, report writing and administrative needs of the business in addition to her support with team facilitation. Kim’s UT Law background and legal work experience as well as her leadership roles with the Briar Club Board and Junior League of Houston, bring a wealth of capabilities to the clients of Nunnally & Company. Additionally, Kim is an avid community volunteer and has focused her efforts on children’s issues utilizing her skills in organizing, planning and implementation, negotiation and mediation.
